Debbie Olson

From an early age, there was always a sense of not quite fitting in—a feeling of being on the outside looking in. Later in life came the diagnosis of bipolar disorder, a challenge that brought both struggle and transformation. Living with the condition led to disability and years of navigating life through the haze of countless medications. Existence felt muted, until painting entered the picture.

Through painting, expression found a new language—one beyond words. The canvas became a place of meditation, a sacred space to connect with a higher power and release emotions that words could never capture. Over time, the need to belong or be accepted by others faded, replaced by the serenity and peace found in art.

This creative journey evolved into a mission: to help others connect with the positive, universal energy that surrounds all things. Through an expressionistic style filled with vivid color and radiant aura themes, each piece aims to resonate with the viewer’s spirit and awaken a sense of harmony.

With over forty years of artistic experience—ten of them devoted full-time to painting—this lifelong pursuit continues to be a source of healing, peace, and connection. Each brushstroke is an offering of energy, inviting others to experience the same serenity that art has brought to life.
