Sam Dennee

Sandra “Sam Art” Dennee has been a lapidary jewelry artist for over 20 years, with over 12 years in Arizona, specializing in wire-wrapped jewelry and lapidary work and artisan clay. As the owner of Sam Art, she transforms raw stones into one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry.

A lot of care goes into each design; from slabbing large stones and trimming out the desired shape for her next design to polishing the stone.

Her work has been featured in many movies and TV shows, including Firefly Lane, This Is Us, and The Long Road Home. Her jewelry is showcased year-round at Tortilla Flat. Sam Art has been displayed in galleries from Seattle to Scottsdale.

She has been a featured artist & lapidary demonstrator at Tacoma Art Museum and galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Sandra Dennee is currently doing fine art shows across Arizona each winter. She is a member of Artists of the Superstitions and The Artisan Group, actively contributing to the creative community.

She values continuous learning and independent study.
